Are you a vegetarian, still looking for that hot spicy kick? Grab your favorite hot sauce from your fridge and try this recipe! Perfect for a meat-free appetizer at a dinner party or simply just a snack.

Ingredients:

1 cauliflower head (cut into bite-sized florets)

½ cup of almond flour or all-purpose flour

½ cup of plain milk (any kind works!)

1 tsp paprika

2 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

¼ cup of your favorite hot sauce (Frank’s is my #1)

A dash or two of lemon juice

Assemble!

  1. Whisk together the flour, milk, and spices in a bowl

  2. Evenly coat the cauliflower in the mix and bake on parchment for 20-25 min at 450F

  3. Mix the hot sauce, oil, and lemon juice in another bowl

  4. Brush the hot sauce mix onto the baked cauliflower and bake for another 20 min to get them crispy!

  5. Serve with ranch, tzatziki, or whatever else your tastebuds desire.
