Who doesn’t love pancakes… take 20 min out of your morning to make these protein pancakes🤩🥞
Ingredients:
¾ cup gluten-free rolled oats
½ tsp. baking powder
2 scoops of protein powder of choice
4 egg whites
3 tbs. mashed banana
In a large bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, protein powder, egg whites and banana. Stir well
With pan on medium heat cook each pancake for about four minutes until firm around the edges. Flip and wait until cooked through (about 2 min)
Add fruit to your liking!
