3-min Bagels

Looking to get breakfast ready for tomorrow morning? Make these 3 ingredient bagels!! 🥯🥯

Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat or all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1 cup greek yogurt

Possible spices:
Garlic & Rosemary
Cinnamon & Sugar
Nutritional Yeast & Paprika

What to do:
1) Mix baking soda and flour together.
2) Add the egg and greek yogurt to the bowl and mix.
3) Add your spices! Dough will start to form so knead it on a floured surface.
4) Shape the dough into 4 balls and then 4 rings. A good tip is to cover your hands in oil or water to form them & poke your finger in the middle of each to form the ring!
5) Brush with egg whites & top with more of your chosen spices.
6) Bake on parchment paper at 400F for 15-20 minutes.
