The Dish is the Wisconsin Union Directorate Publication Committee’s food and dining magazine. As a student operated publication, The Dish explores both the local food scene and global culinary trends. We distribute Biannual print issues throughout the UW-Madison campus and downtown Madison, along with daily Digital issues. Print Issues and Digital articles available on website.
